Happy Anniversary, Writing Melvi

November 1, 2017Writing Melvi770 views

A year ago today I started this blog, and it has brought me so much peace. I get to share my thoughts, my stories and my struggles with all of you and I can’t thank you all enough for all the love and support that I have recieved. There are people who have reached out to me to tell me I have helped them not feel alone, gotten them to laugh or opened up their eyes to something they wouldn’t have seen before. That is the whole reason why I started this blog. It’s nice to be able to find people who you can relate to through your experiences and struggles as a woman, mother, wife, and friend. All of the positive feedback, love, well wishes and advice I’ve received this year has completely hit me right in the feels. I’m looking forward to seeing what this new year will bring. My daughter is turning two, I’ll be graduating, and things are going to start moving faster than ever for our little family. I’m sure there will be new stories, new struggles and new blessings that I’ll be sharing. I hope to keep hearing from you all.

Since it’s our one year anniversary, and my favorite day of the year, I’m going to leave you with some photos of the Halloween party we had this weekend. This entire Fall season has been an absolute blast, and our daughter has been able to enjoy it with play dates, cookouts, pumpkins and goodies. I absolutely adore the Fall, Halloween and everything that comes with it. It is so much sweeter now that I have a little chunker to share in all the madness.

Until next week folks,

~Melvi
